This video describes the UPDATED garden hose adapter and how to connect your garden hose to the power washer using this adapter. This updated adapter is included with all AR BlueClean Power Washers. As you will see, the two-piece adapter is a "Quick-Release" system: 1) a clear plastic adapter with a screen filter (2 1/2 inches long) and 2) a blue/black collar attachment. The clear adapter MUST BE ATTACHED to the water inlet on the power washer. The blue/black collar adapter must be attached to the end of the garden hose. Connect the garden hose to the power washer by sliding the blue/black adapter onto the clear adapter. You will hear a "click" which means you have the water connected to your power washer! After connecting the high-pressure hose to the power washer, the spray gun to the high-pressure hose and a lance to the spray gun, turn the water at the faucet. To separate the garden hose from the power washer, simply pull back on the blue collar and it will slide off the clear adapter.
